Who We Are

Mr. Hajare is a highly respected Mechanical Engineer and Lead Management Systems Consultant with over 30 years of combined industrial and consultancy experience. He is the Founder & Chief Consultant of Global Management, a firm dedicated to helping organisations achieve operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and internationally recognised certifications.

Mr. Hajare began his career in 1993, building a strong technical foundation through more than 14 years of hands-on industrial experience. He worked extensively in foundry operations, machine shops, and press and fabrication industries. This exposure provided him with deep practical knowledge of production processes, quality challenges, safety risks, and compliance requirements.

He later joined a leading Indian multinational consultancy, where he spent 8 years and steadily rose to the position of Chief Consultant. During this period, he led major implementation projects and mentored consulting teams across India, supporting organisations in aligning with international management system standards.

After years of industry and consultancy leadership, Mr. Hajare founded Global Management with a vision to deliver practical, result-oriented consulting. Under his leadership, the firm has supported 250+ organisations across India in achieving certifications and strengthening their management systems.

Mr. Hajare has delivered over 1,000+ man-days of professional training across both manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors. His core strength lies in bridging standard requirements with real-world shopfloor implementation. He has successfully worked with organisations from diverse industries including foundry, forging, machining & fabrication; plastics, rubber & aluminum processing; automotive assembly & electronics; power distribution & CNG gas distribution; travel & service industries; and Gravity & Pressure Die Casting (GDC & PDC).
